We love this Boba place.i love drinking boba and I’ve tried mostly boba tea from different stores in Joliet and stores closed by but bobas here is far better than the others.

I ordered the strawberries with pistachio & not only was the wait after I placed the order extremely long, when we got the order I had to ask for forks & the employee hands me one clean fork & another with chocolate all over it. I asked for another fork & he hands me another one with his bare hands touching the part of the fork you eat with. 🤮 To top off the experience the 2 orders of strawberries with pistachio that were $9.99 each were disgusting. I've never seen watery pistachio before. Gross.

The menu states there are both small and large options but the worker says they only offer the large size and even though they had small cups and she was able to put our drinks in the small cup, she said she still had to charge for the large.

I went here once with my brother and I didn't try anything. Yesterday, on my mall adventure I ordered a orange-mango smoothie with almond milk and boba daughter's father had a watermelon smoothie with boba and poppers. We were not disappointed. It was so good we were both sad when we finished our drinks. The man behind the counter was very nice to us and he seemed to know his tropical drinks. I saw the sign that said to review if I enjoyed myself so, here it is. Lol. 😁 Also, I think I saw that this man had a 'now hiring sign'. So if you need some extra money I'm sure this kind gentleman would be happy to teach you his drink making skills!!!

Personally I wasn’t happy with my experience, there was only 1 worker so I realized I had to be patient. After 20 minutes with only 1 other person I got annoyed. When I got the boba it wasn’t fully mixed and I only got 1/2 a scoop of boba.Terribly disappointed with my service. Although it was a clean environment and polite service. I was sad to spend 7$ on Boba that was not enjoyable. I went with a group of about 25 people and we all visited by poppers at least once while we were there, many people said the boba had tasted “unauthentic” and “Plasticity” said many. This was my first experience personally trying boba and I still am disappointed and displeased with the service and boba.
